At Universal Jewellery Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order ID.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged or defective items received.
  • Wrong product delivered (not matching the order).

✘ Ineligible Returns:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Used or worn jewellery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

Note: You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with clear photos of the product.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer care at info@universaljewellerymart.com or 919840692719 with the order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear pictures of the item(s) received (in case of damage or defect).
  3. Upon approval, we will arrange for return pickup or request that you ship it back to our address in Chennai.
  4. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • In case of a return due to customer reasons, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
